Mohaned Selim

Mohaned Selim brings a distinctive combination of judicial, prosecution and private-practice experience to complex disputes and investigations. Before joining Essam El Din Legal Consultancy, he served as a Judge, where he adjudicated complex civil and commercial disputes. He also spent more than five years with the Egyptian Public Prosecution, conducting complex financial, commercial and economic crime investigations, including white-collar crime matters.

Earlier in his career, Mohaned practiced with leading law firms, advising on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and international arbitration.

This breadth of experience reflects the firm’s approach to modern litigation: combining strong legal analysis with an understanding of how disputes are investigated, assessed and ultimately determined.
