Biography
Hassan Essam El Din founded Essam El Din Legal Consultancy with a clear vision: to build a modern, litigation-focused firm that approaches business disputes not simply as legal proceedings, but as strategic business problems.
With more than 15 years of experience at leading local and international law firms in Egypt and the UAE, Hassan has represented clients in some of their most complex and high-stakes disputes. His experience spans commercial and corporate litigation, arbitration, white-collar crime, employment, banking and finance, construction, investment, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas and other regulated sectors.
His philosophy is straightforward: sophisticated disputes require sophisticated strategy. Legal analysis must be combined with commercial judgment, a clear understanding of the client’s objectives and the experience to determine when to litigate, when to negotiate and how to position a case for the best possible outcome.
This philosophy is at the heart of Essam El Din Legal Consultancy: a focused practice where senior lawyers remain closely involved, teams remain agile, and legal strategy is built around the client’s commercial objectives and the consequences of the dispute.
